FOLDED EDGE

Your canvas is stretched over the wooden frame just like a classic painting. The margins of your image will appear on the frame sides, so ensure that crucial details of your photo don’t appear too close to the edge.

MIRRORED EDGE

Your photo is printed in its full glory on the front side of the canvas. The border of your photo is then copied, inverted and reproduced on the sides of the frame, creating a mirror-image effect.

CANVAS PRINTING WITH REAL WOODEN FRAMES

Standard Wooden Frame 2cm

All our hand-assembled stretcher frames are made from FSC-certified timber. The standard wooden frame is a slim and elegant 2cm thick – thanks to the robust but lightweight qualities of our premium spruce wood, hanging your picture canvas safely and securely should be no trouble at all.

XXL Wooden Frame 4cm

Choose the XXL frame for an unbeatably sturdy double-depth structure. This option works particularly well with large-format canvas prints, giving them a bold and substantial appearance as well as extra strength. We use spruce wood to keep weight to a minimum.

All our canvas prints come stretched on a wooden frame. For an additional cost, you can also choose an outer Premium Frame to give your photo canvas an extra-special presentation.

These “shadow” or “floating” frames leave a gap around the folded edges of your canvas, so the whole of your print remains visible. It’s a striking design that’s popular in modern art galleries.

Choose a Premium Frame to match the palette of your personalised canvas print, or experiment with a daring tonal contrast! A range of great designs is available.

METICULOUS MANUFACTURING  PROCESS

We mould our acrylic glass in instalments to ensure flawless results. The processing of the 3mm-thick acrylic panels is supervised by master technicians at our production site in Cologne. We cut each sheet of acrylic glass carefully to size using the most up-to-date CNC milling techniques, then hand-polish the edges of your acrylic photo print to achieve the smoothest, most elegant results.
